Graduation Day – 2025 

Greetings from ATME College of Engineering, Mysuru !!!

Graduation Day marks a major milestone in a student’s life, symbolizing the successful completion of an academic journey and the beginning of a new chapter. Its significance extends beyond just receiving a certificate or degree — it embodies growth, transformation, and future responsibility.

We are delighted to inform you that the Graduation Day – 2025 of ATME College of Engineering, Mysuru is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 28th June 2025 at 9:30 AM in the College Auditorium.

We take immense pleasure in inviting you to grace the occasion with your esteemed presence and encourage the graduating students as they embark on a new journey of their lives.

Your presence will add glory to the event and inspire our students as they receive their graduation certificates in the august presence of distinguished guests and academic leaders.

Information to the Graduands:

The ceremony will be held in two sessions.

SESSION-1:

• Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science and Design (CSD), Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML) Graduands will occupy the reserved seats in the auditorium by 9.15AM.
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Graduands will be stationed in the auditorium throughout the ceremony and shall occupy the reserved seats by 9.15AM.
• Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) Graduands will occupy Room No. AB205 & AB206 in Admin block by 9.15AM.
• Data Science (DS) Graduands will occupy Room No. AB207 in Admin block by 9.15AM.
• Civil Engineering (CV) and Mechanical Engineering (ME) Graduands will occupy Room No. AB208 in Admin block by 9.15AM.

SESSION-2:

After completion of Graduation Day-2025 ceremony Session-1,

• CV, DS, ME and CSE Graduands will occupy the reserved seats in the auditorium. 
• ECE Graduands will occupy Room No. AB205 & 206 in Admin block.
• AIML Graduands will occupy Room No. AB207 in Admin block.
• CSD Graduands will occupy Room No. AB208 in Admin block.

Note: Graduands will receive guidance from their respective department coordinators

Instructions to the Graduands

1. The Graduands should report to the campus and collect the stole and reserved seat no. from the department coordinators before 8.45AM.
2. The Graduands are informed to assemble in the Auditorium (wear only informed attire, Boys: Full sleeves white shirt, Black Trousers, Black Belt, Formal Shoes: Black, Girls: Cream (Off-White) Onam Saree with Golden Colour Blouse) before 9:15 AM.
3. Graduands may bring a maximum of two accompanying guests. Seating for Accompanying guests is arranged in Room No. AB401, and they are required to be seated before 9:45 AM. Arrangements have been made to livestream the Graduation Day ceremony in Room No. AB401 for their viewing.
4. Mobile phones/cameras are strictly not allowed inside the auditorium.
5. The Graduands are informed to occupy their reserved seat only.
6. The Graduands are informed to maintain the dignity of the Graduation ceremony.
7. It is a solemn ceremony; silence is solicited throughout the programme.
8. Clapping hands/ Whistling/ Eatables/Chewing gums are strictly prohibited.
9. The Graduands are not allowed inside the auditorium after the commencement of ceremony.
10. The Graduands are informed to stand up when the academic procession enters the hall and remain standing till the members of the procession occupy their seats.
11. Graduands should remain standing during the play of Naadageethe at the beginning and National Anthem at the end of the ceremony.
12. Graduands should receive certificate respectfully with both hands and also acknowledge saying ‘Thanks’.
13. The Graduands are informed to take the Oath audibly in the standing position after initiated by the Dignitary 
14. The Graduands should stay back in their reserved seat, after receiving the certificate.
15. At the closing of the ceremony, Graduands should remain standing till the academic procession leaves.
16. Group Photo Session will be held in the order given below after the completion of Graduation ceremony:
      1. ECE  2. CSD 3. AIML 4. CSE 5. DS   6. CV     7. EEE   8. ME   
17. Graduands are cordially invited to have lunch (at Cafeteria Ground floor) with accompanying guests (at Boys Common Area- Admin Block).
18. Graduands shall take part in the photo session first and later proceed to have lunch.
19. Accompanying guests, who are unable to visit campus for the Graduation Day ceremony can witness the event through online via YouTube live @ ATMECE Official channel.
20. Car parking facility for Accompanying guests is at college football playground.

Note:

1. Graduands registration and seating: before 9.15AM
2. Accompanying guests seating: before 9.45AM
3. Graduation Day-2025 ceremony: 9.45AM to 1PM
4. Photo Session: 1PM – 1:30PM
5. Lunch for Accompanying guests: 1:30PM Onwards
6. Lunch for Graduands: After department photo session
