Graduation Day 2025 – MCA

Venue: Auditorium, ATMECE

Instructions

1. The Graduands will be in prescribed dress code.

2. The Graduands are requested to assemble in the Auditorium before 9:15 AM on 24-01-2026.

3. The Graduands are requested to occupy their reserved seat only.

4. Clapping hands/Whistling/Eatables/Chewing gums are strictly prohibited.

5. The Graduands are not allowed inside the auditorium after the commencement of ceremony

6. Please stand up when the academic procession enters the Auditorium and remain standing till the members of the procession take their seats.

7. Graduands are requested to take the pledge audibly after initiation by the Chairman.

8. Graduands are also requested to stay back in their seats, after receiving the certificate till the end of the Session.

9. At the closing of the ceremony, please remain standing till the academic procession leaves.

10. Mobile phones/Cameras are strictly not allowed inside the auditorium.

11. It is a solemn ceremony; silence is solicited throughout the programme.

12. Parents/Guardians are requested to occupy their reserved seats only.
