- SSLC Marks Card (Original)
- PUC Marks Card (Original)
- Transfer Certificate (Original)
- Migration Certificate (CBSE, ICSE students) (Original)
- Study Certificate (all institutions studied – 1st to 12th) (Original)
- Character/Conduct Certificate (all institutions studied) (Original)
- ID Proof & Address Proof (Aadhaar, Passport)
- CET Rank Sheet (Mandatory) / Comed-K Rank Sheet / JEE Rank Sheet
- CET Admission Ticket (Mandatory) / Comed-K Admission Ticket / JEE Admission Ticket
- CET / Comed-K Admission Order (for CET/Comed-K admissions only)
- Passport size photographs – 5
- Stamp size photographs – 3
- Self-addressed postal envelopes – 3
Prepare 5 sets of photocopies of the above documents and get them attested by a Gazetted Officer or Notary (3 copies to be submitted along with the originals to the college and 2 copies for self use).
Anti-Ragging Affidavit by Student
(To be printed on a Rs. 50/- stamp paper, signed by the student, notarised and submitted to the college.)

Fees Undertaking / Transport Agreement Undertaking
